After 1000 submissions, what is the cost to continue using jot form?

I have checked your account and your account type is Free account type. As free user you can receive up to 100 submissions per month, not 1,000. Your forms can be viewed 1,000 time per month, upload storage space for free accounts id 100 MB and total submission storage space 500 submissions. 

Submission counter and form view counter is reset on first day of each month. 

If you go overlimit your forms will be disabled. You can upgrade your account to increase limitations. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page.
