JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Unfortunately, will not be possible to call you since we do not provide phone support, but we will be glad to help you on our forum.
Regarding yo your question, yes, you can download your form as HTML, here is a guide that will help you to get the source code of your form: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
But all changes made in the form builder will not be reflected in your embedded form, you will need to get the source code again if you want changes made in the form builder to reflect in your form.
Hope this helps.
