Submissions have disappeared

Hello,

Submission data for an upcoming event has disappeared… after clicking view submissions it said it was loading for a long period of time until it finally displayed a message on the screen saying ‘no results to display’.

I know for a fact that we have had 15 submissions so wondered where that data has gone and can it be recovered? The last 3 submissions have been made recently and I really need to see that information so I can get in touch with the individuals to confirm their places.
