Why is my form limiting my words?Asked by gogettersmentorship on June 03, 2016 at 07:23 AM
I created a form with "text area" boxes and it worked beautifully for what my clients and I needed. Now, it's limiting the word count. Like less than 50 words.
May I know what field you are referring to? I checked your form and I only see one "Textarea" field on it which is placed at the bottom of the form. It's not limited on a certain number of characters or words:
If you are referring to the Dynamic Textbox widget, then by default, it does have a character limit set, which is 25.
If you wish to update the character limit count, then just open the widget settings and change the value in the "Size" option:
Let us know if you need more help on this or if I misunderstood your concern.
Awesome! Thank you. I wonder why that wasn't the case when I first started using it.
