We tested the form and it works but i didn't get a notifications, how can i set this up?

Your email address is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the notifications are being sent properly.
I have checked the settings of your notification and I can see that it is configured correctly. Please check your spam folder or junk mails. You can also check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. Please try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
