When I submit a question, it says please wait and never submits

I just tested your form, and it submits without a problem:

Please try again, it might be browser cache issue, so try clearing cache.

 

Thanks for the prompt response. I was able to fix the issue by installing
the jot form widget on our website! Handy little thing!
