I am trying to log in to my account under what I always log in with:
And it tells me that the username and password does not match.
I then clicked on the link that said "forgot password" and I entered my username: email@example.com and it says there is no account.
However, when you go to the website, it is clearly there and I was able to send myself a test form.

I did not find an account related to the email address you shared, if you have a link to one of your forms, please provide us with that it would be helpful to find your account.

It seems you were able to sign in to your account.
I did check your form #51955175274159 and found that it is associated with account "benecia". The profile email address of this account is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be noted that password reset email is sent to profile email address and that is the reason why you got the error message.
If you have access to this email address, you should be able to reset your account password.
