I created a contact from using one of the preset templates, changed some field then posted into onto my facebook page,. When I visited the tab created there was a 404 page. Please can you let me know what the issue is?
I have had to remove the tab for now but I have attached a screenshot.

We were having some server issues earlier today that may have caused the 404 error. They should now be fixed. Try embedding your form to your facebook tab once again, it should work. If it does not, you can try our alternate method:
On a side note, your form was created under a "Guest" account. I moved it to your registered account and it should now be available in the My Forms section of your account.
