How can I get my encryption key to work?

    I've downloaded the unique key provided by the JotForm encryption service, but when I upload the key when asked, forms are not being decrypted.

    Does the file containing the key need to be a special format?

    Type of the file should be KEY File (.key).

    That should be same type that was downloaded.

    Did you maybe created more that one key? Please note that each key will be unique and only with right you can decrypt your submissions. 

    If you use right key you should be able to decrypt data that you receive view email Notifications and data on submission page of your form encrypted form.
