I'm following the directions on this page: http://www.jotform.com/help/96-How-to-Make-a-Clickable-Edit-Link
But when I go to the email and click on the link, I get "Invalid form URL". What's the problem? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the length of my form id. In the example, the ID is 11 digits long, but my form ID is 14 digits. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, as what my colleague said. All you need to do is to change your code's URL. The url is found on the invalid form URL page.

Thanks, that wasn't quite the result I was looking for. Is it possible to add a new record instead of editing the previous submission? I want parents to be able to add more than one child without having to retype everything 2 or 3 (or more) times. I do not want the edited form to overwrite the previous submission. Thanks.

To my knowledge the Edit link cannot be used to post new submissions, such functionality is not yet available however this has already been added to our feature request list. Edit Link can only be used to edit an existing submission. Every time that a submission is edited details are sent via the notification email you can probably make use of these emails to keep record of the previous submissions.
Hope this information helps.

Thanks, I figured out how to do it using an auto-generated email response. Not quite as user-friendly as I had hoped for, but certainly better than having the user fill out the form repeatedly.
