How to configure recipient auto email confirmations

    There are no automatic confirmations that are going out to our participants that register for the Summer Intensive 2016 and we are not getting the registrations that do come in to our inbox. We get some but not all. I have to log on to Jotforms to download the spreadsheet with all the registrants. Is there something I need to do to make sure that the participants all get a confirmation email and is there something I need to do to make sure that we are getting the registrations sent to our inbox as they come in?     Thank you for contacting us.

    Unfortunately, your email address ended up in our bounce list.

    We have now removed it from the bounce list, so that the email delivery should be restored.
