    Why I am still seeing 93/1000 of my submissions after upgrading to Bronze Plan?

    I have just upgraded to Bronze plan since I had reached 93/100 of available submissions for the free plan. Why I now see 93/1000? Shouldn't it be 0/1000? That's not correct of you, the  previous 93 submissions were part of the free plan, not of the Bronze plan. Will please explain? Thanks.

    I hope that's a mistake. If it's not, I will definitely not renew my monthly subscription.

    I'm sorry, but upgrading your account won't reset the number of submissions you received while you are on the free plan. The submission reset is scheduled on a monthly basis, it is on the 1st day of each month at 00 EST. But note that the renewal of your subscription will be on the same date, every 5th day of the month.

    I am sorry too and do not care about technical details about submission reset. The truth is that I am paying now for the free plan. So it was not free. Your behaviour is neither clear nor correct. I am a new customer and already disappointed. Will stop my subscription.

    I'm sorry to hear that, but this is how our limit works. And I'm just trying to let you know the basics of our pricing structure. Anyways, we can manually reset submissions and I did this for you. Please refresh your browser to see the changes.

    Thank you. What do I have to expect at the next renewal? The counter will start over from 0/1000?

    You're welcome. 

    The subscription will renew on the same date, in your case, the 5th of July but the submission will reset back to zero on the 1st day of July at the mentioned time above.

    So submissions are counted from the first up to the last day of each month, no matter when the renewal date is, right?
