I used to get emails sent to me whenever a new form was submitted, but all of a sudden I am no longer receiving the emails. Was there a change in policy?

I found your email ###c@######s.com in the bounce list due to this reason.
I have fixed it now by removing the blocked email in the list. New incoming email should now get through.
You can also checked and remove bounce listed email in your account.
