Sooooooooooo, I have been using JotForm for years and years...and absolutely LOVE it!  However, I have also used the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" for years with - WITH - a personalized e-mail.  Recently this STOPPED working and I'm totally flummoxed!  Please, oh, please tell me I can use my personal e-mail response and STILL hide the incomplete fields!!  I have a separate inbox set up in Gmail to receive these responses and to change to your standard e-mail will eliminate my sorting out the plethora of emails I receive!  HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALP!

Since I have heaps and heaps of choices on my form, there are always heaps and heaps of inapplicable questions that remain unanswered.  Don't want to see those!

I have created a clone version of your form and made test submissions. I was able to reproduce the issue you're having on the clone version of your form.

I have checked the Notifier in the form and found out that the data table is unlocked. When I tried to unlocked it gives me the message shown in the screenshot below:

Also, the option "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" option only works when using the default email notifier.

I would suggest for you to create a new email notifier in your form and copy details from the old email notifier.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

    Hello premierdepogrl,

Please be noted that "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" feature is by default enabled in all form & email alert. If you have not unlocked the data table and edited the content, this feature will work without any problem.

You need to just delete the existing email alert and add a new one. That should solve your problem. The following guide should help you:

    Delete email alert:  https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Add email alert:  https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
