By enabling encryption on your form it will make your form submissions encrypted before they are submitted to our servers. Submission data are encrypted in the browser of the person filling out the form, and can’t be seen by anyone else at any time. You are the only one that can access your data. The key is the only way to access your form responses, and nobody else, not even us will have it. Notifications will alert you when an encrypted response is received, and you can use your private key to read them.

With regards to adding fields to gather credit card information/details ,unfortunately, there is no way to collect credit cards on our forms since that would break our terms of use.

About the typographical error in our guide, I have updated it and we would like to thank you for bringing it to our attention so we may correct it.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you.
