I am trying to import a form that I created in a different account (cbchaganti).
When I followed the steps, it says I don't have access to this. How do I solve this?

Are you trying to clone a form from this account (cbchaganti) to another?
It is possible that the form owner checked the Privacy option so that no one can clone their forms. You can do this in the My Account Settings.
You can also click the "User" icon at the top right. After that, click the "Account" text link and then go to the "Settings" section.
