[URGENT] Submission problem

    Dear madame/sir,


    I created a survey on Jotform to investigate my client's  habit. However, many of my clients told me that they cannot submit the survey at the last step (refer to the attached image). They clicked the Submission Button, but there is no response.

    I've tried everything to solve this problem (like removing the background image, removing the special font ...), but the problem is still be there. In this case, I have to ask my client to close the page and refill the form. It has been a great problem to me and to my client. Moreover, it influenced my client's impression about my company.

    As this is a very serious problem and I can't do anything about it, please help me to solve this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance !

    I could not submit the form either, I have cloned it in my account to further test and figure out what's causing the problem. I'll get back to you shortly.

    Did you solve it? I was testing, however, I could not find any cause of the issue, looks like it was a temporary glitch, because I went back to submit your form again, and it was successfully submitted:

    Thanks for your reply. :)

    Yes, as I said, according to my client's feedback, this problem appears from time to time. I can't tell you exactly the reason caused it. But I found that, it may be issued from the "Captcha" in Quick Fields.

    I just removed it, and I receive much less problem report now. I'll keep my survey without Captcha and I may tell you if it works correctly.
