My form was disabled

    Hello. my form has been disabled within 2 minutes of creating it. The settings show "enabled".

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. The form in your account is containing a term Hack which has caused our system to suspend your account.

    It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms.

    I have activated your account now and you should be now able to login to your account and view the form without any issue. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
