We have several servers worldwide. JotForm data centers are located in the US and Germany. We have 2 data centers in the US (Texas and Virginia) and 1 data center in Germany. The data centers in the USA are Incero Data Center found in Dallas, TX http://incero.com/about and AWS East - Northern Virginia https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/globalinfrastructure/?nc1=h_l2_cc.
The data is replicated between these two locations for high availability. We also use Cloudflare services for backups and for offloading stress when there are large flows of data.

Our client is using Office 365, and I notice that there has been some issues in the Forums. When I click a link to show the solution, this page isn’t loading properly, and then takes me back to my account page - http://www.jotform.com/answers/785019
Can you shed any light on what is going on with Office 365?

I would like to inform you that there are no issues in the forum. The thread you have linked is a Private thread. This means only the user and the support team will be able to view that thread.
