Create a form from URL

I am trying to generate a form from my website - http://eldrive.eu/

but it keeps saying me No form found on the page. Please check the URL you have entered.

Would you please help me with this one.

When I've checked your website I am not able to see any form the you've created with JotForm. If you want to embed your form to your website you need to copy the embedded code from Publish wizard. Then you can paste the code to your website.
