Missing info on PDF's.

I have multiple questions on my Solar form and when converted to PDF they become one bar...whats up with that and how do I fix it?  I've added a photo of what I mean.

I noticed that the fields you are referring to are the Multiple Text Fields widget. Unfortunately widgets are currently not available for the Fillable PDf, and as such they will be displayed that way in your photo. You will have to use regular text box fields if you want all of them to show up in the Fillable PDF.
