I'm not sure I fully understand your concern when you say 'a way to have a Google Drive link for the contract'. But If what you're asking is that for every submission, your Google drive will receive the same, the answer is yes. That is exactly the purpose of the integration. All submissions that you receive from your form will be copied to Google Drive.
However if I'm misunderstanding your concern, it would be great if you can give more explanation with what you're asking.

The JotForm creates a digital report of the order which is emailed upon every subission. I also have the files that are uploaded into the form automatically backed up into a Google Drive folder for each submission. My question refers to - is there a way to have the link to this folder included in output data so it can shared to other platforms for users to then click on that link to access the files that were uploaded in the JotForm submission as well as have access to the digital report for each order?

Thank you for providing more information about your concern. It is possible to download your submissions automatically to a document with JotForm. You can integrate your form with the google spreadsheet integration. At that situation, your excel file will update automatically when someone submits the form. I understand what you are saying. I currently have new submissions create a new row in a Google SS (there are columns within this sheet that contains links that directs users to each file). This SS sends packets of the data to another platform.
My question relates to how I can have a column include a link to the Google Drive folder that contains the specific report for the submission and all of the files that were uploaded, so that instead of having to visit the Google SS that contains all of the data, I can create an automation that shares the Google Drive link so users can access the folder via other platforms. Does this make sense?

Thank you for the clarification.
Unfortunately, That is not possible. Every sub folder created in the folder assigned in Google Drive is generated by a hash or a long string of letters and numbers which seems to come in random. JotForm does not have the process to pick up the generated hash. What you can only provide is the main folder where all submissions go.
