Suddenly over the weekend we stopped receiving submission emails. We have logged in and forwarded the submissions via email back to ourselves. We have not made any adjustments recently and everything was working very well and we were very happy. Any thoughts gratefully received.

Your email was in the bounce list.
I have removed it form the bounce list. you should be able to get notifications.
The reason was the mail server detected JotForm as spam. So please mark JotForm sender as not spam, so that it will not be blocked in the future.
