Download of My Data - Zip File is empty and cannot be extracted

I recently requested a download of my data since my storage is full. You created a zip file which was successfully downloaded to my laptop. Upon trying to extract this file ( Windows 10) the file is empty.

Please recreate this file insuring it contains my data and notify me when ready for download to my computer

Since you only have a couple forms, it would be easier to just download the data directly, rather than using the app:

You will get the same files as you would downloading the zip file.
