Question about Billing

    Hello,

     

    We upgraded our account to Silver Yearly for which we paid $159.50 and it isn't due to renew until January of 2017.  Why would we be also charged $90 for our previous plan?  Jotform sent an email saying the yearly subscription was about to be renewed on June 5 and then sent an email saying the charge was denied.  Do you have a telephone number we can call and talk to a representative about this?
