I have tried to login to my account and am being told that my details are incorrect. When I try to reset my password I am told that my email does not exist. I used the account yesterday so am confused.

I see that there are no accounts registered with this email address. However, as I check with the recent edit of your JotForm, I notice that you are looking for the account lizmanfredi which is registered using personal email id.
Please try logging to your JotForm account using the username. If you forgot the password, you may try resetting the password using the username so that the password reset instructions are sent to the account registered email address. If you are referring to some other account, please let us know the username or any form ID from your account so that we can try to locate your account.
