I've created PayPal with Jotform, the users have registered and made the payment on PayPal, but they are showing as incomplete payments and they don't send an email to me about the registration submission, how long will it typically take before PayPal notifies Jotform. I also don't get the user's information. Thanks.

If the payment was completed and you received the funds directly in your Paypal account but the submission was labeled as incomplete in JotForm, then it is most likely related to your Paypal account's IPN not being enabled. Please follow the steps on this guide on how to enable it: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
For the meantime, you can just hit "Completed" the ones in the "Incomplete Payments" if you see that your users have successfully made the payment in your Paypal account.
