    Will you be integrating with Constant Contact?

    Great News here! You asked for it and we implemented it! We have just released integration with Constant Contact! You can now integrate your forms with Constant Contact and load your existing contacts on your forms into your Constant Contact email lists.     Yes it also does work on Basic Free account.

    I've tried the integration with constant contact and I notice I'm only able to import 2 fields. I would like to import zip code in addition to those. Can this be done?

    To my knowledge, only Name and  Email address can be mapped to Constant Contact at this time

    Hello,

    I've integrated constant contact and it works great except for my welome email isn't sent to my newly signed up user. They are added to my list in constant contact, but it stops there.

     

    A welcome email is always sent when a user signs up, but not when signing up via my jotform which is integrated with constant contact.

     

    Any suggestions?

    I think that we use ACTION_BY_CUSTOMER (you) method to add contacts to the Constant Contact lists, and this method is considered as manual subscription. Here is an explanation from Constant Contact Resource Center:

    "Constant Contact does not send Welcome emails to Contacts who that you add manually within Constant Contact or through the Contact Capture Tool. Currently, there is not a way to manually send the Welcome email to new contacts that you add to your account."

    You may consider adding a new list for your JotForm contacts, and introduce them to your organization using Constant Contacts Autoresponder.

    Thank you for that insight! I'll have to let them know because they had no idea what was going on.

    Only issue is, I was using the JotForm contact form to email the new lead a promo code and didn't want them to have to wait a whole day to get this promo code, so I threw it in the welcome email which they normally get instantly.

    Autoresponders with constant contact can only go out as early as 1 day after the initial email sign up is recieved :/

    I suppose I can set up an autoresponder through JotForm to go out immediately with the promo code. Then an autoresponder to go out through constant contact a few days later as a follow up.

    That actually might work!

    Yes, that is a good idea, JotForm based Autoresponder should be fine too.
