    Hello,

I am trying to use your fillable form creator.  When I link it to an existing form a pdf is created just fine.  When I fill out all the details and then try and submit the form gives me an error saying a field is missing (even though it isn't).  Can you please advise, I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI to fill out the form.

    Kind regards,

    Beril

Did you created Fillable PDF form from this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60593829156364?

I have cloned that form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form.

After that I have inspected your form and I saw that you have three hidden fields. One of them is required. I was able to resolve this issue on my cloned form by removing required option from that hidden field.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
