My account is linked to Dropbox, for each mail folder with a name.
Everything works, only if I get more mail from the same sender, then I have only the most recent mail without attachment in the drop box.
2 mails from the same sender with one attachment
should be 4 files!
Result = 1 email dropbox

Sorry but can you provide further information on the issue, please correct me if I am wrong but from what I understand if the same sender uploads the file using the form you only get the most recent file?
I made a test using trying to replicate this issue, what I found out is that for every sender name a new folder is created and all files which are uploaded using the same sender name is saved within it but only 1 PDF file is generated which overwrites the previous entries with the latest one. Is this what is happening from your end?
We'll await for your response.

If you use a field to create the dropbox folders there is always this danger of getting things overwritten. That's why we recommend using the Submission ID for your folder names if you are not sure that each submission will be unique.
To fix this problem. On your Submissions page, click on Preferences icon and then click on Manage Dropbox Integration. You will get this screen:
Then select Submission ID from the dropdown and click Complete.

Thanks for the info,
There should be a relationship between email and folders be present
The Submission ID to me is much too long
I'm trying to solve the unique ID should be set with the auto numbering for each e-mail, a folder will be created!
The idea would be really?
Thanks for the answer

I noticed that you have already added a unique ID for your form:
You may use this field as the folder name for your Dropbox integration. Simply proceed to your form's submissions page, click the settings button, then choose the manage integration option.
This way, each and every submission/application even from the same person will be dumped on a separate folder on your Dropbox account.
Note: This will work only for new submissions. Older submissions will remain unaffected.

works very well,
perfect would be if it could be two fields (name + number) in the drop box to select configuration!

My wish would be:
Folder Name (1)
+ Folder Name (2)
for selection in the drop box configuration
