Conditional calculation in the form when fields are filled

Mike just answered the following question:

If “entitled I” (Section 2) is selected, then the

Total=Thursday housing + Friday housing + Thursday dinner + Friday BF + Friday lunch + Friday dinner + Saturday BF

Should appear in “Amount Paid by MSC” (Section 5. Payment).

Please answer the additional related question:

MSC only pays "Entitled I" housing and meals from Thursday to Saturday. What if "Entitiled I" arrives early and stays overnight on Wednesday, the calculation needs to show that MSC does not pay Wednesday housing/Thursday lunch. She has to pay the amount that she is not entitled.

Can you clarify this, please? Please mention field by field. But are you asking not to calculate any price or amount when "Entitled I" and "Pre-convention Housing Wednesday, May 31" fields are filled?

I think I know what to do:

If 19 "EntitledI" is filled, copy multiple field values, add field: 26 Thursday housing, 27 Friday housing, 30 propject dinner, 31 Friday Bf, 32 Friday lunch, 33 Firday lunch, 34 Saturday BF.

Summary, select a field for final output: 39 amount paid by MSC.
