They are not working and they're not going to my spam folder either. I used to get them, but I'm not now. I wonder if they got the auto reply message. Also- when I went into my account it said that I was out of storage, so I upgraded my account. Does that mean that there were submissions that I did not receive in the meantime? Why didn't I get an email saying that I was out of storage space?
You are using a Gmail Address in the given form and our email system is known to work best with Gmail addresses. I've checked our email logs for the recipient of the form, all emails are sent. You can check your email history: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. Please check your filter(s). Also, check your inbox categories if you have the options activated in your account.
The recipient of the given form is firstname.lastname@example.org so you should check the emails there and add email@example.com to your safe sender/contact list. This would ensure that all emails will be delivered to your inbox.
