I have a pretty loaded question.

    Export of Jot Form Schema?

Can you share the schema from Jot Form?  Where we might be able to duplicate on our SQL Server?

    Export Tables?

In a more simple terms exporting of the Excel file I can build my tables in SQL Server but its missing the entire Schema.  How does this work in regards to Web-hooks.  Does one create the fields in their own SQL Server and then Web-hook from Jot Form to the SQL Server

Whats required on our side pertaining to web hooks?  Can we create the fields in Jot form and export to build the tables in SQL Server and then connect via web-hooks?  Is there an export process for this?

    Export HTML and CSS?

Can we export the HTML and CSS from a template or from a form that we create?

    Embed into Website?

How do we embed into our website?

If we store the tables on our own SQL Server and use Web-hooks to POST records to our SQL Server does that count against the number of submissions pertaining to your fee schedule

To answer your first question, Export of Jot Form Schema:

I think this is something that we don't have or if our developer can provide. Are you asking for the SQL Schema? If you are simply asking this to store your form submissions to your SQL database, we do have a process for this. Here's our guide, using PHP: You are also asking for

You are also asking for Webhook, you can also submit your form submissions to SQL via Webhook ( We don't have a guide or a sample for submitting form data to SQL via Webhook, but you can always contact us if you need help with it.

I hope this helps. If not, give us more details about the question so we can assist you further.
