I accidentally posted this and couldn't delete it.

The problem is that I created a form, but it wouldn't ever save, it just kept spinning and spinning and nothing happened.

    Thoughts?

We currently don't have issues in the Form Builder in terms of saving the form. Please try to log out and log back in to JotForm.

Please check if this issue will happen on another browser or not. If not, then the problem is within your browser only. Have you recently installed any browser extensions or add-ons? If yes, then please disable them.

I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

Let us know if the issue is still the same. Thank you.

I was using Chrome browser yesterday and today - same problem today.

As you suggested I tried another browser - Microsoft Edge - same problem. I click Save and it just spins and spins and I cannot click on anything else on the screen either.

One note - I did use the Configurable list widget on my form. Any chance the bug could be in there?

I have tried adding Submit button to your JotForm and saved it which went fine without any issue. I don't see any issue with the form or your account at the moment. I don't think it is an issue with teh Configurable list widget on the form. Could you try opening the form in a private/incognito window and save it to see if that works? If the issue still persists, we request you to check the browser console (Press F12 to activate/deactivate console window on the browser) to see if there is any error displayed. Please provide us with the screenshot of the error if there is any so that we can further investigate the issue.

    Thank you!

I tried to submit response this to the message thread, but got the
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET there too.
I tried it in the incognito window - same thing. I did get an error and a
    warning.
    The error I got was:
    Failed to load resource:
    net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
    The warning said:

With the help of the information that you have provided here, it looks like there is an issue with connecting to JotForm service at some point. Do you have any anti-virus installed on your computer or any AdBlock plugins installed for the browser? Could you check the link provided below to follow and see if that helps?

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
