My client filled out my payment form and it is though stripe and she did this on Saturday and it says I have a submission but it looks odd. It has not gone through or said that she has paid this amount. I need to know what is going on so I can fix this.

I've tested your form and it looks like it works without any issue.
What I would suggest is, creating a product with an amount you could test easily, for example $1 and than test the form.
