I'm facing the same issue.  Is there a resolution?

    Thanks

I did a test submission in your form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61573970925364 but it seems to be working fine now. I was able to download the attachment from the submission page link.

Can you try it again on your end and see if it is working now?

Everything seems to be working fine now, thank you.  I switched to multiple file uploads. I'm not sure if that helped.

Loving Jotform so far. It fills the feature gaps that I was having with Google forms.

The only addition I'd like to see is the ability to add text directly above a question e.g. radio buttons.
    So the order would be:

    Heading
    Paragraph text
    Form field e.g. radio buttons.

    Thanks again
    Chris

    Hi,

First of all, I am glad to hear that your problem is resolved now.

Thanks a lot for your positive feedbacks!

Regarding your concern about adding texts to the form, I moved it to a separate thread so we can deal with it appropriately.
