Can I close a form and make it read-only once all files have been uploaded using "edit link"?

We are using Jotform for our Job Order System where different departments can upload necessary files. However, since these are sensitive and confidential files, I want the "edit link" to expire once "upload files" are filled, so all files are just stored in our Jotform storage.

If you want to add a read-only function when you've view the form with the edit link. I am sorry to say that it is not possible to do that.
