Embedding a form in an email

Can you embed a form into an email so that the recipient can just complete the form via the email and not have to click on a link.

Unfortunately it is not possible as most email providers disable active content, to protect users from malicious attacks. Depending on your users preferences you can send instead a fillable PDF form:

But in most cases people prefer clicking a link than downloading an attachment.
