    JotForm code can conflict with jQuery code, in some circumstances as per the jCarousel example it is possible to rewrite the jquery plugin so that it doesnt conflict with the JotForm code.

    I have had a look at your webpage and notice a significant amount of jQuery on the page, it doesnt seem practical to rewrite all the code to remove any conflicts.

    I have however noticed you are making use the shadownbox plugin on the page, I think it makes more sense to open your lightbox form (in an iframe) using that plugin.

    e.g add this function

      function OpeniFrameURL(url) {

          content: url,

          player:  "iframe",

          height:  250,

          width:   340

    Then call it from a link

    <a target="_blank" href="#" onlick="javascript: OpeniFrameURL('http://form.jotformeu.com/form/20766218130346');return false;">Link to open my form</a>

    That should work, you can also recreate the button used to open the form by using some absolutely positioned CSS.
