Create multiple independent submit tabs on one form

Hello,

I would like each tab on my form to be separate from the next, more specifically a separate submit button for each of the tabs. The entire form is part of a process so they are all related, but each tab will signify a different step that is independent of the next.

You can add submit button to each page of your form, but all buttons will have same function, to submit the form.

If you would like to redirect your users to different page when your form is submitted based on their answers on a form, you can change "Thank you" URL based on a condition. Inside of this guide you can find how to Change "Thank you" URL Based on a Condition:
