Hi there, I created a Jotform to collect submissions for an upcoming art show. As soon as we hit the space limit, however, we were no longer able to look at the images that were submitted. We've upgraded our account hoping that the problem would cease, but we are still not able to access the images within the submission that we were previously able to access. All that comes up now is a page that says "access denied".

The files are somehow got corrupted. You'll see, there are weird characters in the URL/name. I'm wondering if you've updated the form, particularly the file upload field before getting this.
Anyways, I have now forwarded this thread to our developers for them to check further. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For the meantime, you may consider cloning the form and use the cloned version. Just to make sure that you won't get the same issue again for new uploads.

Hi thanks for answering.
We did change the file upload field. Does this mean that the images were deleted? Or will we be able to access them still.

If you delete the field from your form the data submitted there will be deleted, not sure if you have then added the field once again.
You will also get a message saying the data submitted on that field will be deleted once the field is removed from the form.
Maybe when you deleted the field and re-added it to your form, in an attempt to restore the deleted data, as the field is the same, the previously submitted files were corrupted.
However, this has been escalated to our second level so our developers will investigate the issue and you will be updated once this is resolved.

I was using a widget called: Image Upload Preview but then tried to change it because it would not allow for multiple submissions. I deleted the widget i was using and then replaced it with the standard file upload field.
I didn't receive that warning at any time.
Please let us know!

Removing the Image Upload Preview widget and replacing it with an upload field may indeed have resulted in the files getting corrupted. Can you please try removing the standard file upload field and replace it again with an Image Upload Preview widget? In my tests, I was able to see the images properly once I added the Image Upload Preview widget back to the form.
Please let us know how it goes on your end. Regards.
