A while back JotForm was shut down temporarily and you emailed us to say the European users could simple ammend a JotForm URL by adding 'EU' (I can't remember where).
Anyway, just no I clicked on the 'Embed' button to get the JotForm URL for a new form. The URL that was already displayed in the box was a .com and did not have any 'eu' part.
So, to futureproof my URL links what is the best format for me to use now?
Thanks for your help

Both domains are interchangable and should work much the same.
We will monitor this possible of a replication issue on jotformeu.com to see if any other users are reporting similar problem (which I dAon't really see any other reports of at the moment).
I suggest you use jotform.com.
And thanks for your support, the suspension on jotform.com has indeed finally been lifted, it will just take a time for the DNS change to be reflected globally.
