Why I am not receiving an answer for my questions?

I have posted three question in the last 30 minutes with no answer, others have posted questions within the last 15 seconds and received answers, is this based upon level of account? i.e. free verses paid if so this should be stated upfront.

All questions, whether they are coming from paid accounts or not are answered based on their order in this support forum. We have a tool that would automatically assign a thread to a support person and it picks the one from the top, oldest to newest. Others posted before yours. Anyways, we have already addressed your problems. Please check our reply to your threads.
