The first time I was having trouble getting submissions, it was because some of the emails were on the bounce list. I have double checked and they all should be off of it now. I also have deleted and re-added notifications to see if that would help. It is still randomly sending form submissions to some emails and not others - I also added the jotform sender emails to the address book of my emails. What else can I do do help with this problem?

You may try setting SMTP in your form, this may help you to avoid issues with emails: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
But if the issue is still there, please provide us with the link to the form / forms so we will check them in order to find why emails are not being sent as they should.
