I have embedded a registration form on my website that is linked to my paypal account. However when someone tries to make a payment they get this error message from paypal:Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
I've called paypal about this, and they're not able to help me.

Can you please try removing the paypal payment tool and reintegrate it again to your form? Furthermore, please check if the Paypal account used to process payments is in order. I visited some threads on paypal and it seems that this error occurs on individual accounts. If the issue still persists, please let us know. Regards.

You can remove the Paypal payment tool and reintegrating it again simply editing your form on the form builder and delete the part of the form which uses paypal in it.
After the deletion, try refreshing your browser, add again the paypal payment tool in it and proceed with adding your account username.
