How can I hide empty fields in the autoresponder email?

Those fields highlighted in yellow are not filled and I want them not appear to prevent confusion. While in the notification email (pls scroll down), all fields that are not filled are hidden - I want the user to receive the same. But I cannot find where I can do such setting.

I would like to inform you that all hidden fields will not be seen in the email by default. However, I did some tests on your form and it does seem odd that the hidden fields are still being displayed there. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Edit the email notification and select the hidden fields one by one.

2. Then click Delete Row to delete them

Once you have deleted all the rows, the hidden fields will not be displayed in the autoresponder any further. This action will not affect the fields on your forms or your notification. It will only remove the hidden field on the body of the autoresponder. Regards.

I don't think deleting the rows directly from the autoresponder email is a good idea. There are options involved that the user will choose from - 1. single date 2. weekly 3. bi-weekly. 

There used to be a button which I can choose to hide the empty fields. But now I can't find it anymore. 

As per checking, by default the Autoresponder and/or Notification email hides empty fields. Once you have edited the email message, that is the time the hide empty fields feature is disabled. Please try to create a new Autoresponder email (do not change anything on the message of the email). Here is a sample email that I received when I created a new Autoresponder Email. Only the information I have inputted are shown on the email.

Unfortunately not anymore.

The auto hide empty email field will work only if you leave the email template as is (default)

Adding custom text will break the email table template and will now switch the flag that the email table is now a customized one.
