I checked the mail log of the email firstname.lastname@example.org and emails were not successfully sent.
As per further checking, the email is included on our bounce list.
I have removed the email on our bounce list. Can you try to do a test submission in your form and check if you will now receive the email notifications for your form? You can also remove your email on our bounce list by following the instructions provided in this article: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
