    Hello tanuja,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that the submission email you receive does not display any answers?

    I did check the email alert template of your last edited form and found that the question and the field ID does not match with the questions you have in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please be noted that if you edit you email alert template, it becomes dirty. That means any changes you make in your form will not reflect in the email alert. To solve this problem, I would suggest you to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. A new email alert will always include all questions of your form.
