Control entries at time of producing report of submissions

We need to Control entries at time of producing report of submissions.

Somehow, hidden fields also gets shown on report.

By deselecting it from the fields option (setting) in submissions, we overcome the problem.

However, I want to make it a permanent feature not to print 'hidden fields' off our forms ???

Rather than limiting and sharing the information of your submissions page as a report, may I recommend instead to use JotForm's reports feature. There are several types of reports available which you can create and share only a limited information. Futher, what is very much similar to the reports generated on the submissions is the grid listing report. It provides options to show only what you want to appear on the report, and also you can create as many reports as you like.
