    Hi again,

    I have checked your account for a "not working" related problem, and found out that it has reached allocated limit of 10 SSL submissions. So in your case, you have used 11 SSL submissions which is overlimit already. Thus, your forms have been disabled till you upgrade to the higher account (PREMIUM) to enjoy more allocation or you can wait till the end of month when the account will be reset.
